An emotion- focused approach

Whether it's your wedding day, a senior session, a family session, or another milestone, my passion lies in helping you remember who you and your people are now so you can look back and remember not just what they looked like, but who they were at that time. This is a lot of what inspires me, and what inspires me to follow the emotion around us as it happens - the grins, tears, and in between- both on your wedding day and on more ordinary days.

I’m Eva, and am based in Polk City, Iowa, a northern suburb of Des Moines. I live here with my wonderful husband, Daniel, and we enjoy running and going on long walks together. We live in town, but someday, I’d love to have more land and a few ducks and goats!

I got my start in photography in 2022 and went full-time at the end of 2023. Since then, I've had the honor of capturing more than 200 couples, families, weddings, seniors, and events. It’s been the most rewarding work I’ve ever done.
